When should you start industrializing a product?
Industrialization starts once the functional prototype has been validated. It adapts the product to series production constraints while securing regulatory compliance (CE marking, ISO 13485 for medical textile devices).
Can you manage CE marking and ISO 13485 certification for medical textiles?
Yes. We build the technical files, coordinate the testing campaigns and support our clients up to obtaining the CE marking and ISO 13485 certification required to place medical textile devices on the market: dynamic compression, biometric sensors, soft exoskeletons.
Does AQ-Tech run series production in-house?
We handle pre-series, small-batch textile industrialization and industrial validation in our Annecy workshop. Beyond the volumes we process in-house (up to 500 units per batch), we transfer production to our qualified European partners while keeping quality follow-up and traceability under our control.
